You can add a call record to Oppo by editing a special file. The method works only on Global Version with EU firmware. In practice, Super User mode is not needed, but many users write that root rights are still requested. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to edit the file without root.

1. Download the Explorer app from Google Play and install it.
2. On the top panel, open the "ROOT" item.
3. We need the following folders: "system" - "etc". These contain another folder called "oppoRegionMarkFeatures".
4. Looking for a file "com.oppo.regionmark.EUEX.xml", click it, and then click the triplet in the upper right corner. The "Open in - text editor" option should appear.
   
5. Now delete the two lines: phone.nodisplayrecord и com.google.android.feature.EEA_DEVICE. At this point root rights may be requested!
   
6. Save the changes you made.
7. Go to "Settings" - "Language and Region". Change the country to India.
8. Reboot the phone. Done, now the device will have the stock option to record conversations.
